This is a 25 year-old woman who presented to our practice after undergoing a breast augmentation with subsequent “bottoming out” (implants fell below the inframammary fold) of her implants. She underwent bilateral implant exchange with 405cc smooth round moderate silicone implants and biologic mesh placement.
